Consulting Services
Our consulting service is comprised of five stages:
The Interview Stage whereby we interview the individual or individuals who are key to the organization and ask them to complete a preliminary SWOT/PEST questionnaire.
The Preliminary Summation Stage whereby we provide a preliminary profile of the organization based upon the SWOT/PEST challenges perceived by the clients and relate them to real current trends.
The Review Stage whereby we compare the clients’ SWOT/PEST analysis with our own. During this stage the clients reformulate their analysis.
The Accompanying Stage whereby we sit with clients during their workday and garner information that enables us to compare the clients own reformulated analysis with the way they actually work and make decisions
The Final Summation Stage whereby we write up our final report and make concrete recommendations for implementation This service is for individuals or organization that have a general idea of what needs to be done but that require clarification and guidance in order to achieve their aims. Organizational consultants can also use this service as a supplement to their own service.
